Traffic Management Plan for Peregian Originals
Local Traffic Zones Only
Parking restrictions from 6am to 6pm Sunday 20th to apply on Kingfisher Drive (from roundabout at Heron Street to Osprey Ave) and Plover Street. Both Kingfisher Drive and Plover Street will be open to local traffic but no stopping and no parking except for residents from these streets. Council officers will be around to monitor and assist in traffic flow.
Parking On Di Hurst Oval
Signs on the David Low Way will divert concert traffic to public parking on and around Di Hurst Oval (behind Bowling Club) and the council carpark on the western side of the David Low Way.
OTHER AVAILABLE PARKING SITES
1) Peregian Beach Hardware- David Low Way (before Caravan Park). Limited spaces available after 12.30pm.
2) Marquesas (mostly untenanted new office block just before Bowls Club on David Low Way) There are quite a few spaces above ground as well as many more underground.
3) Undercover carpark below Century 21 - Entry off David Low Way.
As with all parking, please observe 'Reserved' signs and owners park at own risk.
Where possible please car pool, walk, run, ride, kayak, skateboard, kite surf or swim to the event and then we have less cars to worry about :) Whatever is takes, see you there!
